There is a symmetry and synchronization between the Roman and Jewish calendars turning new decades within a few months of one another; the Jewish New Year begins in the fall and the Roman New Year in the winter–when Rome turns 2010 the Hebrew calendar already turned 5770. There are no Hebrew numbers just values designated to each of the 22 Hebrew letters; sometimes dates happen to spell out words or comprise a significant number. For example the number 5770 is the gematria of The House of Moshiach.

This coming decade is denoted by the letter Ayin/70 the previous decade was identified as the letter Somach/60; the letter Somach/60 is connected to the miraculous by virtue of being the only letter in the Ten Commandments engraved through a cube of sapphire to be unattached–the letter Somach is circular in form miraculously floating in the ether of space, as related in the Talmud-Book of Law.

Looking back at the last decade it is a miracle the world survived. America was being hijacked by religious zealots bent on destruction and total annihilation of the enemy–other religious extremists. Then a miracle happened, Katrina in Hebrew Keter/Crown which comes in the form of chaos manifested worldly as whirlwinds. August 29, 2005 will be remembered as the storm which brought down the regime; according to Torah our time concludes the 2000 years of Rome as described in the Midrash-Book of Metaphor the 6000 years of human history on planet earth is divided into 2000 years of Tohu/Chaos; 2000 years of Torah/Teaching and 2000 years of Rome.

The Roman calendar counted 2000 years before the expiration of the 6000 year old Hebrew calendar leaving 240 years unaccountable which is significant seeing that Rome destroyed Israel 120 before the end of the 2000 years of Torah. The Law provides a simple explanation, stealing, Rome stole 120 years from the Jewish People, is required to pay back double; by counting 2000 years of Rome 240 years before the appointed end Rome pays back double. These last ten years constitute the fall of the Roman Empire, but Rome is not destined to die only for “The lion to lie down with the lamb” as prophesied 3000 years ago, a sign to the advent to peace.

Ayin/70 the letter which denotes our coming decade translates as Eyes. The eyes open when we awaken from sleep; the eyes indicate degrees of consciousness–as in eye-witness. The angels in the heavens are considered to be the eyes of God seeing everything, everywhere. When the eyes first open they sting, but after a short time they become accustomed to the light. Seeing also has the added component of fear as seen in the word Riah/Sight is related to the word Yirah/Fear because as we all know, seeing is believing.

Actually, according to the Torah seeing and believing are antithetical because you believe what you can not see, but once shown the truth faith follows. Faith and belief are two different things since a person has faith in what they know; knowing exists in the third eye, a culmination of the two hemispheres of the brain merging into knowledge–to know the intention of the original light.

All of these eye oriented attributes will become acutely evident during this coming decade beginning Rosh HaShana 5770. In the number 5770 the number five (represented by the letter Hey/5 (indicating 5000) in the beginning of a word translates as: The) and 770 is gematria Bait Moshiach/House of Messiah. These last 230 years, the last ten generations before the end of the 6000 year Hebrew calendar starts with the ending of the 5000 year Mayan calendar in 2012 signaling the beginning of the End of Days. The brew calendar will be at 72 the number related to the essence of the human being.

Over the last 30 years the reach of Rome almost destroyed the world, but now the war of Gog and Magog is ending. We no longer need to fear the horrible future planned by man, but rather to see the destiny promised by God from the beginning of creation.

The earth is an embryo in the process of being born, but we can open our eyes now because the worst is over.
